Water, Drought and Conflicts Congress
The 2nd Congress on Water, Drought and Conflicts will be held 6 - 7 November in El Escorial, Madrid. The Executive Director of Green Cross Spain, Mr. Alberto Fraguas, will participate in the congress, contributing GC Spian’s experience and knowledge in the area of water, drought and conflicts.
Organized by the Red Cross, the congress seeks to show that the lack of water destroys opportunities, reduces people’s dignity and promotes disparities.
