Ganges Expedition
On 14 September 2009 an international team of specialists starts traveling will begin an expedition navigating the entire length of the Ganges, India’s national river. Supported by supported by AB Inflatables, Green Cross International and Kuoni, the group will travel 2 500 kilometers from the river’s source to the delta, on foot and by boat, drawing attention to the environmental threats in and around the river and highlighting their sustainable solutions.
